Description: I was out for a smoke and there was only one star out I looked at it thought it moved really fast and didn't think of it too much. I took another look and thought my eyes where playing tricks on me. It was a clear white light...it would shoot up just a little bit stop and start pulsating side to side...blink out and return. the sighting lasted 15 minutes or so.
