Weather Conditions: Clear

Description: I was outside having a smoke and noticed bright lights in the sky East of the City. I thought it was lights on a tower at first. The top light was white under that was red then blue then white. If it was a jet or plane the lights would have been horizontal. It never got bigger or smaller but moved left to right. I watched it for half an hour and thought it must be a tower. I woke up the next morning and there is no tower in that direction at all. Very strange.
