Weather Conditions: Clear night sky, 20 degrees Celsius, 8 km/h wind

Description: A small bright white light moved slowly across the sky, I thought it was an airplane but there was no sound... and then the light just went out. About ten minutes later it happened again and my boyfriend told me to keep watching and it went out again/disappeared right in front of my eyes. I think it was two different ones but it could be the same one coming back around, I'm not sure.
