Weather Conditions: Clear no clouds and very warm

Description: ‎ 3:45am I was on my porch looking towards New Westminster but up over the building across the street and seen something weird. There was no planes the sky is clear. I have my laptop with me right now out here. There is 5 red lights just stying in one spot in a line. They are blinking but one after the other. The one in the middle just went blue. (Wow) just went really bright. They are moving now really slow. The are going fast now they shot up straight in the sky now they are gone.
