Weather Conditions: Clear night after rain

Description: An oval shaped lighted object in the sky with pin pointed lights, white lights with one red light. The object moved side to side up and down. When a plane approach the lights dimmed down the object simply disappeared. Withing moments of the plane passing and out of sight the well lit object reappeared. After only a brief period the object again disappeared. When looking through binoculars you could clearly see what appeared to be a ufo. I found a picture on the internet that is almost identical to what we saw. Creepy!!!
