Shape of objects: Circle

Weather Conditions: Clear

Description: Slow moving and stopping - very low to ground - silver and blue circular disk - low hum - definitely spinning though do not recall if that was whole disc or just blue feature.

Kept silent for many years - sister confirmed same sighting many years later.
