Message: I'm hoping you can help me with a sighting I had when I was 11 years old in 1976, as I am unable to find any similar sightings. Several years after I had a conversation with my grandmother who told me her neighbor described the same sighting. I was at my grandparents home in Richmond Hill, Ontario. It was after dark, probably before midnight. It was Spring, Summer or Fall, because it was warm and no snow. I was looking out the east, facing the bedroom window looking at the clear night sky when the objects appeared. There were three, possibly two, diamond or kite (even sides like a square turned a quarter of the way) shaped solid red and white lights. Like it was split in half from front to back, two triangles side by side, points out. One side or half was red, the other white. These objects moved slower than an airplane. As soon as I realized they were UFOs, I ran downstairs telling my sister and uncle to look out the west facing window as they were flying over the house ( my sister and uncle refused to look). When I looked out that window I saw them stop or hover for a few seconds. They then started moving forward or west, increasing speed and maybe rising until they disappeared. They moved together, the same speed and the same distance from each other. They were very large and bigger than an airplane on take off or landing. Have others reported similar objects? where?
