Shape of objects: Round light like a plane at a distance but bigger and brighter that didn't move. The light became pencil shaped.

Could your sighting be a UFO balloon/lantern?: Yes

Weather Conditions: Clear

Description: After the light became pencil shaped it started to glide slowly to the west. it descended a little bit as it moved west until i could no longer see it as the houses at the end of my street blocked its view.
