Shape of objects: Like a saucer. Strange disc shaped object near Colaba

Weather Conditions: Cloudy - looked like it would rain

Description: Some people - they looked like tourists, were roaming around taking videos of the sea and people and there was a handsome horse buggy.

Suddenly, there seemed to be something coming out of the clouds and by the time people looked up, it had disappeared.

A girl I think screamed somewhere also and then the saucer shaped object came into view again briefly.
