Shape of objects: Like flickering bright stars (orange-red colour)

Description: I just went out for a cigarette and saw 2 bright objects flickering above the hills on the south side of Clonmel town. The objects were flickering a bit, but the light was very bright. It couldn't be one of those UFO balloons. They were too bright. Moving slowly, but not in straight direction. I saw one light at around 21:20 in the same place.
