Shape of objects: Elliptical shape, white top, black underside.

Weather Conditions: Clouds overhead

Description: Small Ufo about 1 meter in diameter moving towards our direction, flying very low (below the clouds) about 60/70 feet above ground.

Object stopped moving and hovered for a while, tilting back slightly, a black coloured underside of this white object could be seen. The craft tilted slightly left and right, before making a 90 degree turn and moving slowly away untill it was out of sight.
