Shape of objects: Hard to see with bright light but more round than anything

Weather Conditions: Clear with some cloud

Description: One bright orange object overhead moving from south to north over the Coombe Hospital. Moving at a steady pace followed at some distance by 2 more similar objects. No noise was heard.

Definitely not aircraft.
