Weather Conditions: Clear sunny evening, no stars visible

Description: Shiny round object moving slowly across clear sky , no stars visible, moving from east to west, stopped approx one minute then began going up, reached for my phone and it had disappeared. Def not a star or a plane or a balloon or satellite.
