Description: I stepped outside to get better reception on my phone and noticed a bright orange object below the cloud line moving from north to southernly direction. It stayed at the same height. there was no sound or smoke trail. it moved at the same slow speed continuously. The only slight changes where the light. It was bright white at the very center, orange just outside that and a hint of dark orange almost red at the very edge. I watched until its luminosity died out. It did not appear to move off, just its light went out.
