Weather Conditions: Clear and calm with a few scattered clouds
Description: I had just finished a meal and gone out side for a cigarette. Looking up to admire the stars I saw a bright white light moving slowly across the sky. Above the light I could clearly see two passenger planes, their blue and red lights flashing. The bright light then stopped moving and just hung in the sky for about 10sec leading me to believe it was just a helicopter, until it shot out of site at very very high speed.
