Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Date: September 27 2008

Time: 00:40

Number of witnesses: 3

Number of objects: ~12

Shape of objects: Circle

Weather Conditions: Night, no clouds in the sky, about 10 degrees of Celcius

Description: There was about 12 objects flying towards to me. They stopped when I started recording with my camera. Then they made a strange formation for a while and after that quickly went up and disappear.

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:

Hello John Hayes I am from Lithuania Vilnius and I can sure you that there was NSO not baloons. 100percent. Sorry for bad English. Can baloon go hight to the sky and dissapear in 3 seconds I dont think so.

I will send 2 pictures of object one closely taken other far. I have video but I wont send it now I promise that I will send later. Please look at these pictures. Thank You. Please write me what You think.

P.S. these objects did not make sound. I can't explain that.
