Last Sunday (03.13.05) was quite active as regards the observation of strange lights.

Early that morning, this writer and her family attended a party at a niece's house and upon our return home we noticed a very intense light on a hill whose name is not known to me, since it is located along a different route from the one I normally take, along Calzada Taxqueña in Mexico City.

I videotaped it for a few seconds because it was precisely at that corner that we had to make a turn, and parking was not possible.

In spite of its large size, I do not dismiss the possibility that it could have been some sort of reflection. It was almost 5 in the afternoon.

The foregoing is merely background information, because the strangest events took place at night. At around 11:30 p.m., my husband, mother, son Ivan and I were in the car after having gone to dinner at an establishment in the state of Mexico, driving along Mario Colin avenue in a south-north direction.

We were attracted by a very bright light that appeared to levitate over the terrain belonging to a hill of the Sierra de Guadalupe range. Since this is a place I customarily drive through, I am aware of the permanent lights that are those of the town. Just as I was getting ready to turn on my camcorder, we were able to see how a smaller light emerged from this enormous source of light. It remained attached to the larger one.

For some years now I've become accustomed to carrying my camcorder everywhere, since I've noticed that strange events may emerge any place and any time.

It's important to note that on this hill and other surrounding ones there are considerable numbers of caves which in ancient time housed Chichimec natives who settled near Tenayuca and who - according to chronicles - had encounters with sky-gods. For this reason they chose locations endowed with natural magnetism to build their pyramids:

Moving on with the subject of unusual events, on March 13, residents of the U.S. state of Oregon reported the sighting of a green fireball with a long tail, according to the news item forwarded to me by Ricardo Antonio Lopez:

I will keep you posted if any further reports emerge in connection with this date. My best regards to Prof. Ana Luisa Cid
