MEXICO: UFO OVER PEROTE, VERACRUZ
A UFO was photographed by an amateur shutterbug near Cofre de Perote shortly before it snowed. This occurred in the stretch between Los Pecados and Conejos.
This is not the first time that UFOs have been reported in this region. According to experts, the area is a magical one and things considered strange to some - and extraterrestrial to others - have always been seen.
The woman, who submitted the photograph to NOTIVER via e-mail - Olga Lidia - said that she took the picture using a 3.2 megapixel Powershot and that the time was 17:27 hours on November 21.
She says that she saw the photo and was startled to see cigar-shaped, staggered UFOs known as "motherships" to experts in ufology.
Frequent sightings have been reported in the vicinity of Cofre de Perote, such as the one that took place on April 16, 2001 at 2:00 a.m., involving three witnesses who were hunting in the surrounding woods. Another UFO sighting occurred on September 22, 2003 at 12:25 a.m.
Even Fidel Herrera Beltron, governor of Veracruz, saw a formation of UFOs in 2005 and was moved to say "the Martians are already here." The video of this sighting, which occurred in broad daylight, can be found on the Internet.
It should also be mentioned that orbs were seen at a church near Cordoba in 1998 and that Ms. Edith Terrazas photographed a red sphere in 2006.
