Hi,
I have a query you might be able to help me with? On Saturday night at about ten o'clock I was looking at the stars in the sky as it was a lovely clear night and all of a sudden a star just dropped straight down from the sky, it looked like it literally fell out of the sky, it had no trail behind it and was very very fast, I would say it took about a second. I thought it was a shooting star but as I say it had no trail behind it and didnt fall on an angle just straight down. Of course I was the only one to see it (as is always the case when something different or weird happens). I was wondering if you had an explanation for me?
I live on the outskirts of New Plymouth if that is of any help.
