Weather Conditions: Fair partly cloudy in the distance

Description: We were supposed to meet my wife at the St. Matthew's hospital at the boundary of Sn. Mateo & Marikina. Right after getting down from a jeepney and crossing the street to get to the hospital, immediately we saw these "objects" in the sky, color: yellow/orange/red combination; they are not flashing but like a motion of a flame but the objects are NOT burning. No smoke or anything, just lights in the dark sky, they are low enough to be seen but by check the height they are approx about as tall as a 20 -30 story building, their distance from us is about 4+ kilometers away.

I could not see any shape I'm thinking that they might be just planes or those Chinese floating lanterns that they use for festivals but there was no silhouette that I usually see from commercial planes at night or sound, they just move smoothly, like gliding; they were converging to a point then 5 of them went ahead disappearing to the clouds a little bit to the left of us but 1 got separated and continued floating and even flew lower than the other objects, it lasted for about 2-3 mins.

After 1 or 2 minutes another 1 followed the separated object and flew also lower like gliding slowly then speed up a bit then gliding slowly again. Some watchers even thought that the first separated object seem to fall to the ground or about to crash but just disappeared beyond the trees same as the last object that followed.

My daughter who was with me keep on asking what are they and who's flying them, a person also keep on asking me at the back "what do you think they are?"

I'm just awe struck as they are.
