Description: My buddy and I were hanging out on the beach just bumming around. We were lying on the beach looking towards the west over the mountains of Busuanga Islands which is adjacent to the small island where we were. Suddenly out of nowhere a circular object with green lights zoomed out towards the mountains. No sounds or anything were heard. Both of us asked each other if both of us saw what we just saw. Both of us confirmed to each other what just occurred.
