UFO Sighting Report - Poland

Please note that the reports in this section have been submitted to UFOINFO/UFO ROUNDUP and accepted in good faith. No investigation has been carried out by UFOINFO.

With the increasing use of digital cameras we are seeing more photos showing alleged 'UFOs' - many of these could be insects, cloud shapes etc. As many readers have asked to see the photos I will be using some of them and leaving it up to the individual to make up their own mind - John @ UFOINFO.

July 28th 2005 : Busko - Zdroj, Swietokrzyskie

POLAND: Cigar - shaped UFO seen and photographed in Busko - Zdroj [28/07/05]

Busko - Zdroj [woj.Swiêtokrzyskie], July 28th 2005, ~ 7:15 pm.

An interesting sighting took place in Busko - Zdroj [woj.Swietokrzyskie] and was witnessed by 5 people. Two photos were also taken.

The witness wrote: "We were paying a visit in a sanatorium. Due to a fact that rooms weren't spacious and the weather was bright, we went on a terrace. Admiring the weather I peered at the sky. It was completelly clear despite a certain lazy and shining object. I didn't see those dark spots taking the photos, noticing them on a screen. It is hard for me to determine what could they be. Despite their intriguing look, it can't be excluded that they're flying birds. Anyway, singular objects of that type can be spotted on the both photos and maybe they have something in common with bright objects. The photos were taken with break of about 15 minutes. It is possible that two different objects appeared one after another or the same object reappeared after disappearing from our eyes. Trees made the observation difficult. There were no sounds accompanying the sighting. The objects were moving along their longer axis and their speed was relatively slow. They drew my attention with their metallic shine, speed and their lack of wings. I wonder about another one fact - on the pictures intriguing, metallic shine can't be noticed. But maybe it is a fault of the equipment - Olympus digital camera is not a human eye."
