UFO Sighting Report - Poland

Please note that the reports in this section have been submitted to UFOINFO/UFO ROUNDUP and accepted in good faith. No investigation has been carried out by UFOINFO.

With the increasing use of digital cameras we are seeing more photos showing alleged 'UFOs' - many of these could be insects, cloud shapes etc. As many readers have asked to see the photos I will be using some of them and leaving it up to the individual to make up their own mind - John @ UFOINFO.

September 5th 2005 : Zory, Slaskie

POLAND: UFO over Zory [05/09/05]

Zory [woj.Slaskie], September 5th 2005, ~ 7 pm.

The sighting took place on September 5th 2005, at about 7 pm. The evening was dusky and the sky clear. The witness noticed strange object high in the western sky. The UFO was suspended at right from the crescent Moon and a star, at about the same level. It resembled a star but differed a bit. Its bottom was round and intensely enlightened with yellow light. The upper part of it was dome-like and ended with a rounded tip. The upper part wasn't so intensely illuminated.

The bottom was lighting with constant, blazing light. The light of the upper part was scattered and partially intense or dimmed. The object was completely round, without any angular parts. It was moving vertically, going up and down while remaining in one place. The witness was observing it via window along with his wife and his son-in-law. They observed it by binoculars and it ascertained them that it wasn't a star. The sighting lasted 30 minutes. After this time all the witnesses went to the kitchen remaining there for almost a hour. After their return, the object was gone.
