Shape of objects: Large circle of lights with one side very bright

Weather Conditions: East wind slight thin cloud in places

Description: Very bright circle of light coming from sea side, floating in the sky came over my house and went in a north easterly direction was hanging up there for over 25 mins, as daylight got brighter I lost sight of it. It sort of went higher and higher into the sky.
