Location: Wigginton, York, Yorkshire, England

Date: 20th January 2006, 9.00pm GMT.
  It could have been a day or two either way.

Approach Direction: East

Departure Direction: West

Witness Direction: West

Description: A clear night with excellent visability. I had a good view of it, albeit a breif viewing.

Color/Shape: Brown bodied cigar-shape, with a flashing red bulbous 'nose,' which looked like a glass bowl.

Height & Speed: 1,000 mph.

TV/Radio/Press: A cigar-shaped, flashing object was seen over Spinnaker tower, Portsmouth, within the next few days, (reported in the Metro local press, York).
