Date: 07/ 02 / 06 10:20pm Local time. Approach Direction: From the South West Departure Direction: To the North East, then East Witness Direction: North East Description: Object soared over House with a whoosh sound. Thought at first it was a firework. Then thought it was a helicopter. Object appeared to be still but this could have been because it was travelling away. Then travelled at high speed to the west before plummeting to earth. Expected it to explode in the hillside but just dissapeared. Color/Shape: Orange light, with a glow around it. Height & Speed: Approx 1000 ft Would not like to guess at speed TV/Radio/Press: Will be looking in local press tonight.
