UFO Sighting Report - United Kingdom

With the increasing use of digital cameras we are seeing more photos showing alleged 'UFOs' - many of these could be insects, cloud shapes etc. As many readers have asked to see the photos I will be using some of them and leaving it up to the individual to make up their own mind - John @ UFOINFO.

August 26th 2006 : Long Eaton, Notts, England


UFOINFO Sighting Form Report

Location: Long Eaton, Notts, England.

Date: Saturday 08/26/2006 22:55 Mainly clear, some cloud

Approach Direction: from the North West

Departure Direction: East/ South East

Witness Direction: East

Description: Two red/orange lights (constant in colour not flashing), Slow moving and made no sound at all. Lights tracked each other and remained a constant equal distance from each other. Rose slightly in the sky as they passed over. Witnessed by myself, wife, son & next door neighbour. Neighbour had seen similar on 08/23/2006 Weds.

Color/Shape: Round red/orange lights. a bit larger than plane lights, and slower moving (definitely weren't planes). Took about 8 minutes to dissapear from view. Not helicopters as they were completely silent.

Height & Speed: Not sure, but lower than cloud level.
