Approach Direction: North East

Departure Direction: North West

Witness Direction: North

Description: At 23:35 was a clear night looked up to see what I thought was a shooting star.

My wife and I continued to look up watching a white light about 2 mm in size at arms length waiting for it to fizzle out, it then made a 180 degree turn without slowing down then turned again moving North west towards Staines at the same rate of speed moving in an s pattern.

The speed and movement of the object lead me to belive that this was in no way an aircraft as there was also no flashing warning lights around the light which all commercial aircraft carry.

The sighting lasted no more than ten seconds before dissapearing.

Color/Shape: White round light

Height & Speed: Hard to say, at a guess I would say 10 to 20 thousand feet.
