Description: Bright green, circular light with faintly luminescent trail, passed at fairly high speed, quite low in sky and parallel to ground. Observed over about 5 seconds, between appearance from behind a tower block and disappearance behind trees. Soundless, no other lights, seen against dark cloud backdrop.
