Description: Black object, at first looked like a black bin bag or balloon. However, it was not affected by the wind as was traveling against it. The only movement it made was rotating on its axis. Did not move up or down, kept in a straight line.

Color/Shape: Black, cluster of shapes.

Height & Speed: 350 feet high, traveling slowly, around 15 - 20 mph steady
