Approach Direction: blue light

Departure Direction: up and down

Witness Direction: south

Description: blue light traveling up and down disapearing and reapearing there looked to be a plane traveling towards it so it disapered, i didnt see it again after that.

Color/Shape: blue round orb

Height & Speed: 1,000 ft dont know what the speed would be as it was just going up and down.
