UFOINFO Sighting Form Report

Location: Northchapel, Petworth, West Sussex, England

Date: 08/17/07 10.00pm GMT

Approach Direction: South

Departure Direction: North

Witness Direction: East

Description: A succession of 7 round orange spheres. Very bright moving silently and smoothly. Definitely not aircraft. The last sphere to pass looked like it had a search light moving left and right in front of it.

Color/Shape: Bright orange spheres, glowing

Height & Speed: Lower than a commercial jet and much faster

TV/Radio/Press: None

[UFOINFO Note: As with other sightings I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO balloons website.]

The witness replied: "After looking at the ufoballoons website, I now think that indeed we could have seen ufo balloons. I didn't know anything about them. Ah well, we were all very excited at the time!"
