Shape of objects: not sure as is dark but saw a outline when the lights flashed could of been oval or square

Weather Conditions: dark and cloudy

Description: was low flying and thats what caught my eye also that it had diffrent colour lights on it solid red, blue and white and a flashing yellow. was moving quite quickly across the sky then slowed to a stop then went back the other way did this a couple of times quite low, getting higher after about 5min then dissapeared so was only in the sky like 10min but was moving quick.
