Number of objects: One

Shape of objects: It was a round, orange orb

Weather Conditions: Cold, sunny and clear

Description: I saw an orange flashing pulsating orb stationary over trees in a residential area. It was approximately 1 mile away from me, but only about 40 feet in height off of the ground. From that distance it looked the size of a football. I watched it for a few minutes until it "switched" off and disappeared from view. They was no noise, no smell, just a pulsating orange orb.

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:

Thanks for your reply regarding my recent sighting of an orange orb over Bristol.

I have looked at the UFO balloon video and this is not really what I saw. It was just one pulsating orange orb that did not move or change direction.
