UFOINFO Sighting Form Report

Location: Manchester Urmston / Flixton area

Date: 12/2/08

Time: 10.00 pm

Number of witnesses: 2

Number of objects: 4

Shape of objects: Round orange

Weather Conditions: clear sky no wind

Description: 4 lights in total traveling east and then north very fast heading towards sale area.

3 lights in formation with one light following. Just before turning north they changed positions and swapped round. Traveling very fast was too dark to distinguish and proper shapes.

The orange colour was very fuzzy there was no mist or fog

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:

Hi John

Thanks for the message I have just had a look and I think I could easily rule out balloons/ lanterns. The only possibility that I can think of due to the speed was something like the red arrows. Which I find highly unlikely due to it being over a populated area and at night plus there was no noise at all.

I have had a look around and I cannot seem to find any more reportings at the minute of the lights, I am still searching though !!!!

They lasted in sight for around 6 seconds before disappearing.
