Description: Driving East on the A120 I noted immediately ahead what I thought at first to be either a glider or hang glider, not uncommon in the area where there is a local airfield. This object was white (not silver & definately not shiny) and fairly high in the sky, difficult to pinpoint distance but clear enough for the shape to be very clear veiwing along the length of the fusealage and not nose on, with the wing profile being extremely distinct. I would still at that point have accepted that it was a glider but what happened next left me speechless.It simply started to move, again in profile and then just disappeared. There was no cloud cover and the object was just too large and visable to have been anything other than accelerating out of view at what could only have been supersonic plus speed. Until this point I was a sceptic on UFOs but this was like nothing I'd ever seen before either in person or on film.
