Weather Conditions: overcast

Description: I was at work, outside having a fag when I saw a black shape in sky, first it looked triangular then square. It hovered over an area ( VICTORIA PARK ) with no audible noise, for a moment it seemed to oscillate with small vertical lines going clockwise. Then it moved to the left like it was heading above the town very slowly without seeming to move at all. 4 of us watched it intently for approx 20 to 30 mins. It was overcast but very visible. We all tried to capture it on our phones but it wasn't there through camera phone so my supervisor got works camera with x16 zoom but that too did not show it up even though it was clearly visible. As I say we watched for 20 to 30 minutes and then it just got smaller without going through cloud ( even though a plane did ) until it disappeared. It was absolutely amazing to witness this incredible sight. Would really love to know if anyone else witnessed it.
