Shape of objects: disk bright silver

Weather Conditions: sunny no clouds very bright

Description: Driving from the a42/m42 towards bardon hill quarry and in the sky ahead was a silvery disk. It was stationary then moved rapidly to the left then further to the right then ascended up and out of sight. I would put this object at 10000 feet. There was a passenger plane at cruising altitude above and a helicopter about half a mile away. I'm sure they would have seen it.
