Hi John,

Early August I was in Shanklin IOW and took a panoramic shot with my digital camera. see the attached picture - I never noticed the black object at the top of the picture until I got home. note it is not a speck on the lens as other shots never had this mark on it.

Looks an usual shape - have you seen anything like this before. I don't recall hearing a helicopter when I took this picture.
