Shape of objects: silver metalic dougnut shape

Weather Conditions: sunny and part cloud

Description: object seen hovering over a petrol station on moseley road. sun was causing reflections off it metal shape.

Object hovered for around 45 seconds shaking from side to side. got binoculars so got a good look at it. It disapeared within the blink of an eye. It did have a black window or door on it. about 500ft in the air.
