Description: Hello, I too have seen a similar thing, last November about 7pm over the new Tesco Metro in Waterloo Liverpool. A very large and quite low in the sky orange ball, but this seemed to have red light coming from the top which I could see scanning back and forth. I was watching this wondering what it was and as I walked around the corner to the front of the building (it was now directly over Tescos) there where about 5 teenage boys stood watching too. I would love to know what it was...my boyfriend thought i had been watching too much X files.
