Shape of objects: An orange/white coloured 'flame' almost like a shooting star but too low in the sky to be a shooting star.
Weather Conditions: Clear night, no clouds, very cold (about -4 degrees)
Description: Myself and colleague were walking in the street (as part of a job we were involved in at the time). For some reason we both looked up to our left simultaneously and saw what appeared to be like a 'flame' or shooting star but was orange/white in colour with a long trail behind it flash across the sky. It appeared to be only about 10 metres above the roof tops and made no sound. There was something almost 'ghostly' and fascinating about the light. We observed it for only about 4 seconds before it disappeared. I have witnessed shooting stars on many occasions but this was very different!
