Shape of objects: Spherical, blurred edges

Weather Conditions: Dry

Description: Glowing shape that rose to a great height and moved across the sky away from us then it disappeared. Visible for at least 2 mins. Looked like a hot air balloon at great height but as dark it could not have been. Glow grew and then dimmed several times. It may have been a UFO balloon. Are these still around?
