Shape of objects: Orange balls of light

Weather Conditions: Some high cloud

Description: Orange balls of light moving without sound.Hovering then moving at speed to height and disappearing

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:

The images of the balloons don't resemble what I saw which was of much larger light sources.
