Shape of objects: Oval

Weather Conditions: Clear, good visibility half moon, some stars visible

Description: Sat in back garden at night and witnessed an orange shape tracing across sky at uniform speed in direction down Dee Estuary and out to sea. Quite quick speed (aeroplane speed) although at height not to hear any noise. Resembled plane on fire or rear of jet engine? (bright Orange glow). Watched the object for 15 seconds then glow simply disappeared.
