Weather Conditions: Warm sunny

Description: Driving along Heartlands Parkway noticed a brown object with plenty of lights, I actually followed it from another area because I was intrigued with what I saw. I originally glimpsed it near Villa Park football ground where it tilted and shot off. I was on my way home which is Castle Vale but on route I found it again but couldnt stop to look closely bcos of the road which is a junction (but noticed it was a rusty brown coloured object) in which there was a man that had broken down but I dont know if he managed to glimpse it also.
