Weather Conditions: Clear, damp evening

Description: 2 dark round objects travelling diagonally parallel to each other with a bright orange light. The object came closer the lights went off completely for about 10 seconds then came back on dim. The object was completely silent from the beginning. When the lights were off the objects looked like black discs, you could clearly see them even though it was dark.
