Shape of objects: 2 round red and green objects with twinkle like underneath

Description: Saw a green and red round object which had like a football pitch floodlight look about it beneath the 2 round objects which hovered before moving straight up the left then down whilst hovering again for about 2/3 minutes before shooting off in an diagonal right motion.
