Weather Conditions: Clear sky with scattered clouds

Description: There was a large group of us watching the fire works when we looked up and saw one that seemed to be static. It was orange, a similar colour to a street light. It was just below cloud level. It started to travel across the sky like a helicopter but no sound. We watched it till it disappeared from sight. Not long after another one did the same. Soon after this two followed together. Then about 9.30 we went to the car and saw another 3 following each other. I got home and saw another high in the sky which my husband noticed. Did any one else see them?
