Weather Conditions: Fine with low cloud

Description: A white light was travelling from north-west to south-east seemingly like a helicopter [seen through lounge window] The light was steady and I went outside to look and realized that there was no sound at all. As I looked the light hovered and changed to red and was the shape of an hourglass. I called my husband and we watched it hover for about a minute and then, not moving from its spot, it gradually faded away.
